Jenna Adera, RVT

Hi, I'm Jenna Adera, a Registered Veterinary Technician, Practice Manager, and Veterinary Team Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine.

Throughout my career, I've worked alongside veterinary teams in emergency, specialty, and general practice settings, helping hospitals navigate operations, compliance, team development, leadership challenges, and workplace culture.

I created My Unmuzzled Mind to provide practical resources, honest conversations, and real-world solutions for veterinary professionals. Whether it's improving compliance, developing leaders, strengthening teams, or creating efficient systems, my goal is to help practices operate successfully while supporting the people behind them.

I believe great veterinary medicine starts with empowered teams, effective communication, and leaders who can balance compassion with accountability. Through consulting, training, templates, and educational resources, I strive to help veterinary professionals build stronger practices without sacrificing their well-being.
