Pet Owner Support & Veterinary Care Navigation

I understand what it's like to sit on the other side of the exam room.
My journey into veterinary medicine began with a puppy named Frankie—short for Frankenstein. She was my best friend, and over the years she required medical care that was often complicated, emotional, and sometimes expensive. Like many pet owners, I wanted to do everything possible to help her, but I didn't always understand the medical terminology, treatment recommendations, or why certain tests were necessary.
That experience sparked a passion that eventually led me into veterinary medicine.
Today, after years of working alongside veterinarians, technicians, and veterinary teams, I've learned that one of the biggest challenges pet owners face is simply understanding the information they are being given.
That's where I can help.
I help pet owners better understand:
Veterinary recommendations
Treatment plans
Diagnostic testing
Medical terminology
Hospital estimates and invoices
Discharge instructions
Follow-up care recommendations
Questions to ask your veterinarian
Sometimes a veterinary visit can feel overwhelming. You may leave the hospital with pages of information and still feel unsure about what was discussed. My goal is to help translate veterinary language into plain English so you can feel more confident and informed when making decisions for your pet.
I am not a veterinarian.
I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, provide medical advice, or offer second opinions. Medical decisions should always be made in consultation with your veterinarian.
My role is to help you understand the information your veterinary team has already provided and support productive communication between pet owners and veterinary professionals.

A Bridge Between Pet Owners and Veterinary Teams

Veterinary teams care deeply about their patients and clients. Unfortunately, busy schedules, emotional situations, and complex medical information can sometimes make communication difficult.
I help bridge that gap.
Whether you're trying to understand a diagnosis, review treatment recommendations, prepare questions for your veterinarian, or simply make sense of the information you've received, I'm here to help you navigate the conversation with confidence.
Because at the end of the day, we all want the same thing: happy, healthy pets and informed pet owners who feel supported every step of the way.
Frankie inspired that mission, and it continues to guide my work today.
Standing beside veterinary teams and the pet owners who trust them with the animals they love.
Practical tips, honest insights, and gentle support for veterinary professionals navigating the realities of clinic life.
